Our Commitment

Snugly is built with privacy at its core. Your baby's data is deeply personal, and we treat it that way. We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not use third-party analytics trackers.

Data Collection

Snugly collects the following data, which is stored exclusively on your device and in your personal iCloud account:

• Baby profile information (name, birthday, photo) that you provide
• Tracking data (feedings, sleep, diapers, milestones, etc.) that you log
• Photos and journal entries that you create
• App preferences and settings

On-Device Processing

All AI features, including voice recognition, predictions, and the sleep coach, run entirely on your device using Apple's Core ML and Speech frameworks. Your voice recordings are processed locally and are never transmitted to any server.

iCloud Sync

If you use iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account managed by Apple. We do not have access to your iCloud data. Syncing is optional and can be disabled at any time in Settings.

Third-Party Services

Snugly uses Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple. We do not collect or store payment information. We do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal data with any third parties. Period.

Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time by deleting the app. Since data is stored on your device and in your iCloud account, removing the app removes all Snugly data. You can also delete individual entries within the app.

Children's Privacy

Snugly is designed for parents and caregivers to track their children's activities. The app is intended for use by adults. All data about children is stored locally on the parent's device and in their personal iCloud account.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
