Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Snugly application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Snugly is a baby tracking application that allows parents and caregivers to log and monitor their baby's activities including feedings, sleep, diaper changes, milestones, and more. The App includes voice logging, AI-powered predictions, and data synchronization features.

Not Medical Advice

Snugly is designed for informational and tracking purposes only. The App, including its AI predictions and sleep coach features, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your pediatrician or healthcare provider for medical concerns about your child.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Snugly offers optional Premium subscriptions through Apple's App Store. By purchasing a subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and iCloud account. You are responsible for all data entered into the App. You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of tracking baby care activities.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Nursoftai and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Premium Lab Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
